Inspired by time-honoured ageing techniques, the bold flavours of char-grilled sears, and the precision of vacuum-sealed marinades, we set out to create something extraordinary. Every ingredient is carefully sourced, seasoned to enhance its natural taste, and given time to absorb rich aromatics under precise conditions.
